ITC was established in 1992 and, as with every SME, has experienced the ups and downs of business through its work in the construction industry. 25 years down the line we are considered one of the South East’s leading main
contractors in the fit out and refurbishment sector. Our areas of expertise encompass Commercial offices, Healthcare, Education, Central and Local Government and Leisure. We also carry out a number of ‘special projects’ such as the building of the Komodo Dragon enclosure at London Zoo, many projects at the London Eye, Madame Tussauds and Chessington World of Adventures. Despite the varied nature of our work, one thing remains constant: our commitment to delivering the highest of quality in our work and building and maintaining great relationships with our clients.
Our ability to deliver projects that exceed our client’s expectations, results from internal reviews of performance at the end of each contract. Reviewing with transparency and honesty has helped us develop operating procedures which support our team in delivering projects to our high standards. Client Satisfaction Questionnaires are also issued at the end of a contract and the resulting scores are measured against national statistics via Constructing Excellence’s KPI Engine, managed by Salford University.
The main board has successfully guided the business through three recessions and maintained its commitment to supporting our staff in all areas. This has resulted in year on year awards, including the Investors In People (IIP) Gold accreditation.
