The Constructing Excellence Procurement Group brings together a highly knowledgeable group of our members who are committed to delivering better procurement. Up until now, the focus has been on ‘Procuring for Value’, which will remain a theme, while growing to include the public procurement process and other issues facing the built environment sector.

In considering the current challenges within construction, the Constructing Excellence Procurement Group, and wider members, hope to develop a better picture of ‘good practice’ to enable improvements within procurement.
