Pre-Manufactured Value– Are We Asking the Right Question?

Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) measures the proportion of a project value that is delivered offsite or nearsite in a drive to increase productivity and the uptake of MMC. Its use a project KPI, particularly in government funded projects, is increasing the uptake of offsite solutions.
