- We’re committed to encouraging diverse new entrants into the industry and nurturing emerging talent through our apprenticeship scheme. We’re keen to be at the forefront of apprenticeships. In 2017, we became part of the Royal Town Planning Institute Trailblazer Group, as the only SME consultancy directly involved in the process of promoting the profession through apprenticeships. Having welcomed our sixth apprentice in 2022, we see apprenticeships as the way forward.
