Don Ward attended the launch of this excellent new resource on February 26th, it is already a treasure trove of learning even with only perhaps 30% of the targeted content so far deposited, and we are working on our own contribution to the material available. Andrew Wolstenholme, CEO of Crossrail, Chairman of the Construction Leadership Council and author of our own Never waste a good crisis report, and Tony Meggs, head of the Infrastructure and Projects Authority of the Cabinet Office, were amongst the speakers. We strongly agree with the recommendation that all major projects should have a legacy strategy and to this end it is hugely helpful that Crossrail have made available their technology platform for others to use so that such legacy sites can be integrated.
