Coventry 8 is an innovative project that involves the development of 19 dwellings, including 11 houses and 8 bungalows, spread across 8 small and challenging ex-garage sites. It demonstrates exceptional adaptability by addressing issues such as difficult access, antisocial behaviour, and the complexities of managing 164 planning conditions and 55 pre-commencement conditions. The project is committed to regenerating local communities by delivering high-quality, low carbon, sustainable homes.

- Regenerating Communities: Transforming underutilized areas which are traditionally crime hotspots where antisocial behaviour is rife, into thriving neighbourhoods with homes that promote inclusivity and a sense of belonging.
- Advanced Technologies: Utilising MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) with LoCal Homes Eco-200 low carbon timber panels, renewable energy systems (MVHR, ASHP), and cutting-edge innovations like GDeck Beam and Block, spray plaster and an innovative antimould spray system.
- Sustainability, Low Carbon & Efficiency: The MMC low carbon timber panel incorporates factory-fitted façades ensuring faster delivery of projects with less disruption to the local communities.
