Courtenay has worked for Horizon Construction for 7 years , starting as an Administration Assistant, and has gone from strength to strength since, and now works closely with the directors focusing on business management, leads, and marketing. She oversees the delivery of a number of our key operation procedures and accreditations such as ISO, CHAS and Construction Line, to name a few.
As a company we are particularly proud of her achievements as Courtenay commenced was a little unsure of her direction when commencing employment with Horizon. We have always encouraged youth and professional training in our business, so we were delighted to support her through her Business Management Degree Apprenticeship, and more so now to see her professionally representing the business at numerous corporate events, and holding down a senior and valuable role for the company.
Her role has developed to now assisting both the Colchester and London offices, reporting to and working closely with the shareholding directors, whilst at the same time recognizing that works as part of a small team and assists others where ever she can.
