As Director of Construction at JB Construction1, I have played a key role in driving the company’s growth. My journey from Junior Site Engineer to board member over eight years reflects my commitment to excellence, innovation, and developing people within the construction industry.
I’ve led the delivery of major projects such as Escapade Silverstone (£12M), Haskins Crawley (£6M), and MEPC Silverstone Park (£10M), ensuring they were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Supporting people is at the heart of my leadership. I work directly with staff on development plans and have helped several team members gain chartered status. Creating these pathways for younger professionals is something I take real pride in.

- I’ve restructured the company to create a ground engineering and concrete division- opening new revenue streams and creating opportunities for expansion and clear progression paths for young professionals within the business.
- I modernised our operations, leading the rollout of Procore across the business to streamline communication and management, and introducing GPS excavators to enhance site precision and productivity. These changes have future-proofed our processes and improved efficiency company-wide.
