Catherine Sinclair is a passionate architect specialising in Net Zero. As SPACE Architects’ Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associate, in partnership with Northumbria University, she leads the development of the Space Digital Carbon Model—a cutting-edge tool embedding whole-life carbon analysis at the earliest design stages. Through research and mentorship, Catherine is driving innovative sustainability practices to create a regenerative and resilient built environment.
Catherine’s impact extends beyond design, influencing both academia and industry. She regularly lectures on early-stage carbon reduction, inspiring future architects and actively contributes to SPACE Architects’ outreach, speaking at events like the _shift conference. Catherine recently attended and presented at this year’s 2024 European Conference on Computing in Construction.
Catherine is also a Certified Passive House Designer, expanding her expertise in energy-efficient building strategies.
