Archus has made significant contributions to NHS Trusts in the Midlands, with 2024/2025 being our biggest year yet in delivering projects to improve healthcare in the region. We are proud to have played an instrumental part in the following:
- Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS FT: Midland Metropolitan University Hospital – since 2021, Archus provided a significant Programme Management Office team to support the operational readiness planning and execution for the new hospital. Our PMO supported all workstreams to ensure the smooth transition from the old into the new, which delivered in Oct-24.
- University Hospitals Birmingham NHS FT: Solihull Elective Theatres – Lead NEC4 Project Manager for the delivery of a £35m new build scheme, to provide six new specialist elective theatres and supporting spaces. This project was delivered successfully, with the new service opening in Nov-24.
- Black Country Healthcare NHS FT: Dororthy Pattison Hospital – Lead Business Case Author and NEC3 Project Manager (pre-construction and construction) for a £24m new build 25-bed older adult mental health unit, which opened in Feb-25.
