Established in 1870, Andrew Scott Ltd (ASL) is one of the UK’s oldest independent construction companies. We are a respected name in the civil engineering and construction markets to both Public and Private sector customers. We are one of the largest Welsh construction companies, and our culture and way of working naturally supports the sustainable development of Wales with our business model based on regional and long-term employment, the use of local supply chains, investment in training and employment, direct delivery and the importance of the well-being of our staff and local communities.

One of our main business objectives is to develop and retain a highly skilled team to achieve our customers construction needs, delivering quality, innovation and best value. In addition to a large number of accredited and non-accredited training programmes, we’re currently supporting; 9 direct Apprentices, 8 staff studying towards NVQs, 3 staff studying towards HND/HNC, 2 Staff studying towards a BSc degree and 7 Graduate Engineering on the Further Learning Programme to obtain their ICE Accreditation.
