Alice is a role model for young professionals, inspiring women in construction, attracting talented individuals into the construction industry and leading the way in sustainable commercial development.

Alice began her career with AtkinsRéalis (formally named Faithful+Gould) at 18 years old in 2013, as a degree apprentice. She attained her HNC in Construction a year later, followed by her Honours Degree and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2020. Since then, she has and continues to help others along this journey, mentoring university students and supervising colleagues through their own Chartership.

Being an Early Careers Champion for the West Midlands Region, Alice encourages new talent into the industry. She helps to showcase AtkinsRéalis’ career opportunities, ensuring they are made available to everyone irrespective of background.

Alice is working on benchmark schemes that are leading the way with Sustainability in the local area, working on Birmingham’s first Net Zero Carbon building and the first planned NABERS accredited building in Birmingham.
