SCAPE acknowledge they have not yet fulfilled Gold Standard recommendations 4 and 17, and they will undertake an action plan over the 12 months from August 2024 to establish contractual mechanisms for multi-party relationships and for the inclusion of supply chain partners in joint working through supply chain collaboration.
SCAPE will contribute to a Task Group review over the 12 months from August 2024 exploring the optimum means for achieving value for money through Gold Standard tier 1,2 and 3 supply chain relationships and establishing how these supply chain members can best contribute to strategic planning, integrated teams, continuous improvement and the delivery of better, safer, faster and greener projects.
SCAPE will contribute to the Task Group’s development of case studies and training over the 12 months from August 2024.
