The individual is an Associate Building Surveyor, a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and an Associate Member of the IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers). They are currently responsible for leading a team of 7nr Building Surveyors and supporting a further 4nr staff members with varying skillsets. Their passion lies within Fire Safety.
They have operational responsibilities for the entire team and have been jointly responsible for developing a unique team, specializing in Fire Safety. The nominee is responsible for line management, personal development and growth of their sub-team.
During their early career they quickly became known as a rising star within their business, as their career progressed, they became known as a future leader. They have supported and aided the growth of two individuals within their team, both are also classed as rising stars, with the mentoring from the nominee it is anticipated that they will also become future leaders of the business.
