A&B Engineering was honored to provide mechanical and electrical services in partnership with Bowmer Kirkland for the Plot A3 New Bailey project, a key development within ECF’s Salford Central scheme. With a value of £8.8 million, our involvement reflected a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction. This office development targeted net-zero carbon in operation and adhered to the UK Green Building Council’s (UKGBC) Net Zero Carbon Framework, aligning with the UKGBC 2030 energy intensity target.
