This case study explores WPA’s work with focus on their new ‘New Homes for Wales framework’ which offers a compliant, efficient route to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes with improved cost certainty and reduced risk. It embeds collaboration, supports local SMEs, and delivers measurable social value, helping clients meet housing need and wider Welsh priorities.
