Connor Styche
Connor is a digital and marketing specialist working closely with the construction industry, with over a decade of experience supporting consultants, contractors and SMEs to improve how they communicate, operate and deliver value. His work focuses on the effective use of technology, data and digital systems to help businesses become more efficient, agile and commercially aware.
Connor has a strong interest in innovation within the construction sector and works alongside industry professionals to explore practical ways technology can support better project visibility, decision-making and collaboration across the supply chain.
He is passionate about promoting a more inclusive and progressive construction industry, particularly for those entering the sector through non-traditional routes. Connor is an advocate for early careers development and mental wellbeing and is actively involved in the Southern Wellness Action Group, a not-for-profit organisation supporting SMEs with access to trained mental health first aiders.
Connor has been involved with Constructing Excellence Kent for over seven years and has sat on the steering committee for the Kent Construction EXPO for the past four years, helping to shape Kent’s largest construction event to ensure it supports the full supply chain. Having previously served as Vice Chair of G4C Kent, Connor now takes on the role of G4C Regional Chair for Kent.
His contribution to business and innovation has been recognised by the British Chambers of Commerce, where he has been awarded both Entrepreneur of the Year (Kent) and Rapid Riser of the Year (Kent).
