Old Heaton House

Constructing Excellence

From ruin to jewel in the crown – this project saw the full restoration of a luxury Georgian Villa in Birmingham’s  prestigious Jewellery Quarter into a breath-taking living space.

Old Heaton House, buried in the depths of 19th century industrial Birmingham, had been purchased in a complete state of ruin. Our objective was to restore this beautiful property to its former glory, whilst retaining and repurposing some of its original features.

Designed by award winning RIBA architects D5, and contracted to Vantage & Co Group Ltd by Elevate Property Group, we worked closely together to regenerate what had become an unusable structure into a unique, functional and yet luxurious living space. One of only two original Georgian Villas remaining in the Jewellery Quarter, this space is now the jewel in the crown of this extraordinary development.

Three Winning Facts:
  1. The original Georgian Villa is one of only two remaining in the historical area of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham.
  2. It was discovered whilst developing the surrounding areas and purchased in a state of complete ruin.
  3. Sympathetically restored to its former glory featuring a hand carved Bath stone staircase.
