In 2018-19 we have made a number of significant investments in our people and processes in our constant drive towards innovation and excellence. Externally this has involved further developing our ‘Adopt a School’ scheme to include a mentorship scheme, holding 6 CPD events across Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff and promoting our experience of the new, industry-leading IPI procurement model to improve and promote collaborative working industry-wide.
Internally, we have supported staff through further study including degrees and professional qualifications, as well as putting a significant emphasis on the health, safety and wellbeing of our team members through setting up a Behavioural Safety Steering group and mental health first aid training.
