Three Winning Facts:
- Investing in our people is a key element of our future business plan. Our people are what makes our business a success and attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse, skilled workforce is vital.
We are committed to training and upskilling our workforce and promoting from within the company, and we are working closely with our industry partners to engage with our future workforce from a young age, across all diverse groups, to attract new talent into our industry.
- We have identified areas of improvement in our own recruiting process and have set up a working group to address this by reviewing the diversity of new applicants and by engaging with new initiatives to target underrepresented groups.
- To modernise our ways of working and make our business more inclusive and attractive, we introduced flexible working across the business as a standard working condition in 2021. Many colleagues requested the ability to continue a blended way of working during our employee survey and we recognised that flexible working allows us to support our staff with a better work life balance.
