Tim is Chief Product Director and overall business lead for Collida. An influential voice in the industry, Tim is passionate about rethinking the built environment. He is a member of the Construction Leadership Council’s Manufacturing Group, a contributor to key government and industry reports and until recently was the chairman of Build offsite – a not for profit industry organisation promoting the use of offsite and pre-manufactured solutions. A fellow of the CIOB, Tim holds an MBA from the University of Reading. In his spare time, he is a keen guitarist and footballer, and – through Willmott Dixon’s links with UK charity Building Schools for Africa – an official prince of the Nkwen tribe in Cameroon.
