The 2015 ECI Client Round-Table Forum brought together a group of senior representatives from leading client/asset owners from sectors including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, process plant and product manufacture. The key question was: ‘what keeps you awake at night?’ The answers included: management failings on megaprojects; poor performance, productivity and health & safety; inadequate innovation; insufficient integration, collaboration and early supply chain engagement. One of the key concerns was the increase in the project cost-base. This is the theme of the ECI 2016 New Year Forum.
