SUMMARY:Constructing Excellence Procurement Group Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Follow on meeting from November Meeting to consider how we convince key procurement stakeholders to change behaviour.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nAs Constructing Excellence Procurement Group members we have a lot of information and evidence and that we wanted to be targeted. There are 3 levels of activities that can lead to genuine and lasting behavioural change. \n– Inspire – Give them the reasoning and context needed to inspire change. This can be done by regular high-level messages. Even though we are targeting a specific audience we can use regular channels and mechanisms such as short videos\, infographics tweets etc. However we should language that resonates with the target audience even though this messaging goes to everyone. \n– Enable – Provide them with the tools and incentivisation to change and sustain change this could be done through workshops or training sessions etc. and re-enforced through high level messaging and targeted re-enforcement \n– Support – support them to sustain and embed change and become champions to inspire others to change – this in turn will amplify the messaging. \nThis workshop session will look at how we achieve this.
