DESCRIPTION:Join us for the next Offsite Manufacturing & Technology session\, on Monday 11th November\, which will focus on the Building Safety Act. \nJoin us for the next session\, on Monday 11th November\, which will focus on the Building Safety Act\, with input from Phil Henry\, Genuit Group\, Jim Cowell\, Algeco\, and Andrew Crooks\, Stroma Building Control. \nWe will be exploring how the Building Safety Act impacts modular/offsite manufacturers\, particularly roles such as principal designer\, contractor and more. \nWe will also discuss how the BSA will influence contractual changes\, stage 3 design checks and other changes and implications that may arise. \nThis event provides Constructing Excellence National members with CPD in partnership with BRE Academy.
