DESCRIPTION:Join the Offsite Manufacturing & Technology Group on 8th July for a session about BSI’s newly published PAS 8700:2025 Modern methods of construction for new build residential properties – Specification. The group will hear more about this PAS from Dan Rossiter\, BSI\, and Gaynor Tenant\, Offsite Alliance\, who led the committee. \nPAS 8700:2025 has been developed to set out the process for the effective deployment of modern methods of construction (MMC) in residential development to improve stakeholder understanding and realize the benefits of MMC. The aim is to support the procurement\, design\, manufacture\, construction and use of safe\, resilient and repairable residential buildings that use MMC. \nFind out more about PAS 8700:2025. \nThis event provides Constructing Excellence National members with CPD in partnership with BRE Academy.
