DESCRIPTION:Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) measures the proportion of a project value that is delivered offsite or nearsite in a drive to increase productivity and the uptake of MMC.  Its use a project KPI\, particularly in government funded projects\, is increasing the uptake of offsite solutions. \nIs this always the right answer?
