BE Design were commissioned to undertake a project for a local client on a student accommodation block in Lincoln. Our knowledge and experience in BIM projects allowed us to showcase the use of BIM to the client and inform them on their decision to undertake a BIM project.
13 High Street, Lincoln is a student accommodation block containing 40 self contained flats. Produced as a BIM level 2 project utilising the AutoDESK Revit platform with BE Design as Lead Consultant this project has come through the planning and detailed design phase and is now under construction, due for completion in August 2017.
