6 Cardigan St is a 4-storey office building with basement parking for 29 cars and 26 bicycles. The development utilised modern, innovative techniques and these are clearly evident in the high quality of the finished scheme. The successful integration of multiple European supply chain partners has resulted in an innovative design with a visual impact delivered within budget and to programme.
The project is an achievement in successful collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. It has accommodated the needs of the Local Authority, neighbours, and adjacent construction sites. A best practice approach through collaborative workshops ensured that the project was delivered in line with client expectations.
