Constructing Excellence is leading industry improvement. It is at the hub of the built environment industry, and works closely with government, strategic partners, firms and industry organisations to shape the future of the industry and drive improvement.
Constructing Excellence members have the chance to take an active role in shaping the industry's strategic direction. You will have the opportunity to access key influencers; stand for election to our strategy setting boards, steering groups and Council; and formulate the agenda for the industry.

| Consultations | We regularly input into policy consultations, gathering views and data from within our membership to influence Government policy. |
| Representation on External Groups | Constructing Excellence staff and members represent the organisation on a number of high-profile and strategically important external groups in order to promote the Constructing Excellence improvement agenda. |
| Thought leadership | Constructing Excellence has been responsible for outputs that have had a major impact on the way in which the industry works and is considered by Government. |
| Access to Government | Constructing Excellence has extremely close relationships with Government departments that impact on the construction sector. |
